Why is it so difficult to not eat?
Compulsion?
Cravings?
Temptation?
Presence of food stimulations?
Low tolerance to suggestion?
Any Ideas?
Almonds, dried cranberries, banana are not on my food plan, but call to me.
Not having them in the house is not an option, since I do not live alone.
Rigorous Honesty, in the search of recovery from gross obesity. Mainly opinion, not advice. Some speculation, some errors, some fiction. Sugar, grain and processed products are not food. Omega 6 oil and dairy should be mainly avoided.

when I start having carbs, everything calls out to me again. Can you have your family hide the snacks for you?
ReplyDeleteThey are the wife's damn junk, and she will not keep them out of site, or even picked up. Non-cooperation. Just like television adds, and the increase in volume. The only solution is for me to stop caring.
