Fructose depresses satiation.

Fructose put us into
fat storage mode.
Less free fat,
more hunger.

Therefore no fructose
of any kind in the losing cycle.

How much fructose?
very little.
one fruit is enough to
depress satiation and
put us into fat storage mode.
