some time ago i tried the "kale chips" recipe that somebody in the paleosphere had made a video about -- it was a disappointment. some people raved about it, though, so perhaps you'd like it better than we did....

It works for kale or collard greens, but not for delicate greens. And...chard tastes terrible!!!!!
