  1. I know I'M in a better place since "cleaning up" my diet to a significant degrees; moderation IS possible!
    For example, my friend gave me the CC cookie that came w/her kiddie Whataburger meal - in years past it wouldn't even have made it home! But I didn't even think about it until the next day... I took one bite, it was chalky & tasted of preservatives. One more bite w/choc & I was DONE - gave the remaining half-a-cookie to my teenager, who polished it off. This qualifies as big victory in my book...
