Public opinions says protein is satiating. yes/no. I do not think that is true. It may be up to some point, but above that point it appears to drive hunger, at least in some of us. Too much protein is also not good. The amount may very widely.
Rigorous Honesty, in the search of recovery from gross obesity. Mainly opinion, not advice. Some speculation, some errors, some fiction. Sugar, grain and processed products are not food. Omega 6 oil and dairy should be mainly avoided.
i also think that autophagy is a good thing, and low protein intake encourages it.

Is it not about balance of the food groups for you the individual? For instance in the morning what is good for me is two rashers of bacon, a fried egg and some mushrooms, plus the all important cup of tea, although some may prefer coffee!
